About Damon Young
Dr Damon Young is a prize-winning philosopher and writer. He is the author of ‘The Art of Reading’ (2016), ‘How to Think About Exercise’ (2014), ‘Philosophy in the Garden’ (2012), and ‘Distraction’ (2008). His books have been published internationally, and translated into various languages, including Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Turkish and Korean. Young is also the editor of two collections, and author of three popular children’s books.
