Writers Victoria offers affordable advertising to a targeted audience of readers and writers from across Victoria (and beyond).
We are Australia’s largest writers’ centre and the largest organisation supporting Victorian writers.
Writers Victoria members are interested in writing both as a hobby and as a career path, and are engaged consumers of other arts and culture.
eNewsletter Advertising
Promote your service or event in Writers Victoria’s weekly eNewsletters, reaching more than +11,000 subscribers. We feature one advertising placement in each newsletter.
Your advertisement will include a banner image (JPG format, 800 × 200 pixels) with a direct link to your website or event. Please provide a high-resolution landscape image that meets these dimensions. The banner will appear beneath the Writers Victoria events featured in that week’s newsletter.
Advertising placements often book out several weeks in advance, so we recommend contacting us early to avoid disappointment.

- Non-members: $220 + GST
- Writers Victoria members: $187 + GST

Dedicated email advertising
Promote your service or event in to our +11,000 subscribers. Only one dedicate email advertising spot available per month.
Your dedicated email advertising spot will include:
- Up to 650 words and a maximum of three images (including 1 large feature image up to 1200 x 800 px)
- Recommendations for subject line and preview content
All content and images are to be provided as separate document and image files at least 10 days in advance of your scheduled booking date.

Writers Victoria reserves the right to accept or decline any advertisement and content at our discretion. Advertistments not applied with our focus or to the needs of our community, or that overlaps significantly with our own programs or services, may not be accepted.
