Geelong Regional Libraries is currently programming for their 2024 festival and they’d love to hear from you!
The Local Word Festival takes place over two days on Friday 23 and Saturday 24 August, 2024 at Geelong Library & Heritage Centre and other libraries in the Geelong Regional Libraries’ network.
Submissions are open to writers, illustrators, publishers and creatives living and/or working within the G21 region including City of Greater Geelong, Borough of Queenscliffe, Golden Plains Shire, Surf Coast Shire and Colac Otway Shire.
Applications close at 12 midnight AEST on Monday 1 April, 2024.
