Mentorships
Mentorships offer writers the opportunity to work with an experienced industry professional on a one-to-one basis. Our mentors can help you with all aspects of the writing craft and provide assistance in setting goals, using time effectively, keeping motivated and developing strengths.

We are proud to introduce the following fiction and non-fiction mentors, who are available for the current mentorship round:
Bethanie Blanchard is a freelance writer and editor. She is also a literary critic for crikey.com.au with “Liticism”. Her writing focusses on literature, arts and culture, appearing in publications such as The Monthly, The Australian, The Drum, The Big Issue, Kill Your Darlings, Limelight and Women’s Agenda.
Myke Bartlett is a journalist whose work has been published in The Age, Dumbo Feather, Overland, Triple J Magazine, Metro, Cream Magazine and The Big Issue. His young adult novel Fire In The Sea won the 2011 Text Prize.
