Writeability Manager

Writers Victoria is looking for an arts professional who is passionate about working with writers with disability. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is strategic and collaborative and interested in creating partnerships and driving the development of the program. Our ideal person will be someone who loves working with a broad range of writers and has highly developed administration and customer service skills.

Writers Victoria’s award-winning Writeability program supports writers with disability wanting to develop their skills and writing careers. Writeability aims to remove some of the barriers that prevent people with disability from connecting with writing and publishing. It provides tools and information to help people with disability tell their own stories in their own way.

The Writeability Manager role is part time (two days per week) with potential to extend to three days as the program grows.

Writers Victoria welcomes applications from persons living with disability, older people, First Nations people and those from diverse backgrounds.
