Thriving with Imposter Syndrome

A practical course on recognising imposter syndrome in yourself and learning to manage it. You will practice useful tricks to make imposter syndrome your writing friend. Using successful techniques drawn from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, you will learn how to thrive as a creative with imposter syndrome. Facilitated by a writer and mental health professional, this course will leave you confident to start working towards your writing goals and dreams.

About the Tutor

Liel Bridgford (she/they) is a Psychologist (Provisional), writer, educator, podcaster, and a disability and justice advocate based in Naarm. Her work is published in ABC Arts, MamaMia, We’ve Got This (Black Inc, 2022), Hireup and Mascara Literary Review, among others. Liel was an ABC TOP 5 Arts resident, editor of Writing Place magazine, and is the creator and host of the (Un)marginalised podcast. She not-so-secretly loves singing along to the Frozen soundtrack with her kids.
