Date:

With:

Marisa Wikramanayake, Diem Nguyen, Emma Osborne

Rating:

ALL

Summary:

You may have heard of sensitivity or cultural readers: professional readers with lived experience who can assess your manuscript for inconsistencies, insensitivities, stereotypes, and dangerous portrayals of that experience. But using a sensitivity reader doesn’t make your story immune to criticism. An evening of questions and exploration of this growing area of editing.
