This workshop will take place online. Detailed instructions for participation will be provided.

You will learn:

  • the basic principles of headshot composition

  • a basic understanding of background, layout and tone

  • How to use lighting to enhance your headshot

  • How to make strong clothing, make up and hair styling choices

  • How to use low-tech, accessible means to produce a professional image


About Latifa Elmrini

Latifa Elmrini is an emerging visual artist, spoken word poet and writer. She has exhibited at Bus Projects and Red Gallery and collaborated with Seventh Gallery and Schoolhouse Studios. Latifa was a creative producer at the Emerging Writer’s Festival in 2019 and is currently completing a Master of Creative Writing, Publishing and Editing at The University of Melbourne.
