This session will take place online, via Writers Victoria’s online platform.
All that’s needed is an internet connection and access to a bit of space. Just wear something comfy (PJs welcome!) and come as you are. Absolutely everyone is welcome and I’ll give lots of options for people with different needs or levels of experience. Please let us know in advance if you are pregnant or have any pre-existing injuries or accessibility needs.
You will learn:
Mindfulness meditation practices
Ways of moving that can help your body feel good
Simple yoga poses (learnt from the inside out) that you can use whenever you need them
A bit of balance (on and off the yoga mat)
