Summary:

Written communication is used every day in most office environments – from writing emails and reports, to more specialised duties (e.g. writing for the web). Writing for the Workplace will cover some of the basics of ‘good’ writing, such as being clear, concise and consistent; word choice; using the active voice; structuring longer communications in the most logical way; how to use linking words and statements to ensure your writing flows; and how to follow a company style guide.
