Community Disability Alliance Hunter (CDAH) Writers and Hunter Writers’ Centre are collaborating to produce Listen Up Now, a spoken word event by writers with disability.
This special event will take place on International Day of Disability, 3rd December 2024, from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm. It will be a hybrid event, held in-person at Newcastle Library and online via Zoom. Our aim is to ensure that the event is fully accessible for all participants.
We are calling for expressions of interest from writers with disability who live in the Hunter who would like to perform, read, or share their writing at Listen Up Now.
