Summary:

Literature that makes us laugh is always a joy, but what makes us laugh – and why? In this session we will look at literature that successfully adds levity, gleaning advice from literary greats on what makes us grin, and consider how incorporating comedy techniques can add humour to our own work. This session follows on from Justine’s popular session in 2022 and is suitable for both those who did and did not attend that session.
