Interactive fiction has been popular with children ever since the ‘Choose Your Own Adventure’ novels hit bookshelves in the 1970s. Their popularity continues today with series such as ‘Countdown to Danger’, ‘The Freedom Finders’ and ‘You Choose’. Writing a piece of interactive fiction, with its multiple, intertwining plotlines, may seem like a daunting task… but it all comes down to planning and structure. About George Ivanoff

George Ivanoff is a Melbourne children’s author with more than 100 titles under his belt. Although best known for his interactive ‘You Choose’ series, he has also written the 'OTHER WORLDS' series, the 'RFDS Adventures' and the 'Gamers' trilogy, as well as a ton of educational books.
